What is Sterling Silver?


Sterling Silver is a metal alloy that contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper and other alloys. A hallmark is a stamp to indicate the purity of the silver. All are Sterling Silver styles are hallmarked with a '925' or 'S925' stamp.




What is Gold Vermeil?


Gold Vermeil, refers to jewellery containing a Sterling Silver base that is plated with Gold. Gold Vermeil is pronounced 'Ver-may.' For jewellery to be classified as Vermeil it must satisy certain criteria. 1. It must plated in gold that is at least 10-Karat (ct). That means there must be at least 41.7% gold content in the plating. 2. It must have sterling silver as the base metal. 3. Plating must be at least 1.0 micron thick.




Does Rosy & Ivy jewellery contain lead?


No, Rosy & Ivy does not contain lead or any other hazardous metals.




I have silver and copper metal allergies, can I wear your jewellery?


We do not advise individuals with allergies to silver or copper to wear our jewellery.




My goods haven't arrived after the prescribed delivery window, what should I do?


Once goods have been dispatched, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received goods within the delivery window. Please e-mail info@rosyandivy.com.




When am I charged for my order?


All credit and debit cards are debited at the point of sale.




Which credit and debit cards do you accept?


We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Discover, Paypal and Clearpay (Clearpay is only available to our UK customers currently).The rest of our payment options are available to all.




Do you share my personal information?


Your personal information isn't supplied to any external or third parties. Your details are kept entirely confidential and no external agencies or third parties have access to your information. Please see our Privacy Policy page for details




How do I know when my order ships?


Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail.




Do you offer wholesale?


We currently do not offer wholesale. Rosy & Ivy jewellery is currently only available on this website.




What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?


We make a conscious effort to protect goods during transit, if goods are damaged when you receive them, then please contact us. Our contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.




Do you ship to my country?


We currently ship to UK, including surrounding channel islands, Monaco, France, Germany, Spain (mainland only), Ireland, Italy, the USA and Canada. Royal Mail delivery is available for all customers. All international orders are sent by tracked delivery as standard. Please note you are reponsible for any additional import charges or tariffs upon receipt. Free delivery to Europe for all orders over £90. Free delivery to USA and Canada for all orders over £120. Free delivery in the UK for orders over £30.




When do you ship orders?


We ship all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends/ bank holidays).




How long will delivery take?





Covid-19 Queries?


Due to recent political factors, we are not delivering to France as we are currently unallowed to deliver there. We also not using Royal Mail as a delivery courier for international orders and will use other couriers where available. Please note due to the current Covid-19 pandemic orders may be cancelled and refunds given to international customers for orders we cannot ship abroad, due to UK exports being ban in some countries.
